Q: Where is my confirmation code?
A: The system-generated email that was sent to you with your confirmation code may have been filtered into your spam or junk mail folder. Please check and, if you find it there, mark it as Not Spam. That way, future emails from vMarketing will go to your inbox rather than the spam or junk mail folder. Adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book or contacts may help as well.
If you still cannot find your confirmation code, email email@example.com and a member of the Customer Success Team will resend it.
