Q: How do I cancel my vMarketing or vSites subscription?

A: While we hate to lose your business, we understand that our customers' marketing needs can change over time.

Please provide:

1. email address associated with you vFlyer account.

2. which services that you want to cancel.

3. suggestions on what we can do better to serve your marketing needs (optional)

Unless you request otherwise, we will downgrade your account to vMarketing Personal, the free version of the service. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been downgraded.

If you are not satisfied with the service and cancel your subscription within 30 days of signing up, vMarketing will refund you the full amount of your subscription payment. We do not provide refunds for domain name reservations and do not provide pro-rated credits for the unused portion of a subscription.
