Step-by-Step: Adding a Secondary Contact

You can add a second set of contact information to your account and flyers by following the steps below.

  1. Click the Account tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Add Secondary Contact Link.

  3. Using the fields provided, enter the name, email address, phone number, and any other contact information for the secondary contact.  You can also upload a photo, choose an association logo, and add a social media toolbar for the secondary contact.
  4. Click Save after filling out each section.

To display the secondary contact on any of your existing flyers, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Flyers tab.
  2. Click Edit Listing under one of your flyers.
  3. In the Flyer Editor, locate the Contact Information section.
  4. Check the box labeled Use Both Contacts.
  5. Re-publish the flyer.
